Thank you for all your support so far! I really like this forum, but recently certain things happened to myself and my family and I feel it'll do me my family good to have a break from my weight loss marathon. I don't mean not to watch my weight. I'll still take care of myself, mental and physical well being, plan my meals, but will not count calories for a week and try to maintain my weight.
