Been on this group for 3 weeks and lost 8 and a half pound! 15.11 down to 15.2 and a half ❤️ My fear on coming away from slimming world and "going it alone" was that I wouldn't be able to do it. I have no doubt if I hadn't joined this group I wouldn't. Like someone on here said to me on here u are not alone. I have a long way to go yet but I am thankful to have you all on the journey xx
