Day two

Well I managed to stay away from the wine last night and it wasn't too bad, I had a herbal tea which sent me to bed early so I wasn't tempted to eat any biscuits. I managed to do my 10,000 steps as well. I made a stir fry with chicken and so much veg I could hardly get it in the wok🤣Today has been fine as I work full time in a school I tend to have salad and fruit but it's 🌶 tonight and I don't know how much I should have . I hope everyone else is having a good day and the sun is shining good luck everyone 😊😊

  • It sounds as if you're off to a great start, Kim, well done you! :)

Keep up the great work and have a good day :)

  • Well done, I restricted myself to a couple of glasses - so not as perfect as you. Playing tennis later to run them off - and resolved to be better tonight. Sun is shining - hopefully for a while this time!

  • Don't be too concerned about trying to remove wine from your life. If you stay within your calorie limit and the wine doesn't make you want to do some crazy snacking (a problem I definitely had/have), then enjoy those drinks. I just feel that reducing weight is difficult enough without adding extra challenges if we don't need to.

Great that you've got the tennis. Good luck!

  • Thanks, Tiggerr - I guess you just bouncy bouncy bouncy bounce for exercise :)

  • Well done you. I struggled tonight and succumbed to some nuts and a packet of Pom-bears. But didn't reach for a glass of wine. Mr Fizz on the other hand... ! He's struggling being back at work after 3 months parental leave :D

  • Hi Pom bears aren't too bad tho nuts are high I know but it's a new day today so if you are careful today and do a bit of walking it could counteract those fingers crossed for you today good luck 😊
