So this morning I got on the Scales and I went 13st 6.75 lbs. The heaviest I have been.
I have a tried a few things to lose weight and managed to get down to 12st 6lbs about 6 months ago but this was one of those non sustainable diets.
So this morning I decided to make today the day to start. I want to try and get down to 11st 7lbs and given myself a target of 2lbs a week.
I play tennis 2/3 times week so that should help and I would say I am unfit.
If anyone has any tips or advice I am more than happy to hear them.
