I've tried every diet there is but now I'm going to try back to basics "calorie counting"
Every birthday ( including the special ones, 30, 40, 50 and 60) I was going to be slim and gorgeous!! It didn't happen! Now I'm coming up to my 65 birthday and I'm still talking about it! Now I'm going to try and stop talking to my friends about it ( oh I lost 2lbs this week and oh I've put 1 lb back on!) they are very polite and have never said, we've heard this all before. So I'm lucky I have good mates.
This is a secret for me. My secret diary. I will try and stay focused with the food but also want to try and include exercise! I played netball for 32 years and gave up at 55. I miss it so I will try " Couch to 5K" wish me luck! 😎
