Week 1 Day 1

Bring it on. I'm on a 8am to 8pm shift today so will not get any structured exercise in. But on a positive note I should do over my 10000 steps. I am going to walk to work this morning too. It is exactly 1 mile from my door to work and have to swing by shop first so may be 1¼ mile. I will put map my walk on and update tonight. Have a fab day everyone and also those starting week 1 day 1 too x
