I' m really into mindfulness and have tried the book by Mark Williams and love it. I've seen a couple books on Amazon to combine mindfulness and eating as i often binge eat or 'peating mindlessly. Has anyone tried it so far?

I've read thich nhat Hahn's (hope i spelt that right) book on mindful eating which is very interesting. I've also taken a class with SImon Brown who is a macrobiotic teacher in London where we did mindful eating (and cooking), he's published some books but I'm not sure if they cover mindful eating.
I try to follow their advice and treat eating as a mediation but a busy life often gets in the way
