Hi everyone another newbie here! I guess I need to lose approx two and a half stone. I am a retired nurse but obviously didn't practice what I preached. I was very slim until my 40's but in hindsight I did not eat much. Life was very busy. I have slowly put on weight over last 20 years. I do lots of exercise yoga, pilates, OAP aerobics and weights x2 and aquarobics. I truly expected to lose weight but didn't though I did change shape. The only time have lost weight was when I was upset and can't eat then. I eat healthily so guess it has to be portion control. Have tried WW and SW but not for me.
