Granny duties getting in the 'weigh' !!!!

Well I have been following the plan for two weeks, lost 1 lb in the first and due to weigh in the morning but am just back from a weekend at my son's looking after my grandson. Decided not to calorie count just be mindful of what I was putting in my mouth. Yesterday wasn't too bad but we went out for lunch today to celebrate my son's birthday and couldn't resist pudding!!! Very nervous about stepping on scales tomorrow!!!

  • Whatever the scales say tomorrow put it behind you and move on. You know what to do, you can do it!

  • Thank you Ella Midlands.

  • You'll be fine hunny...just weigh yourself whatever then you might be surprised at what they say.. I'm terrible with cake and pudding as well.. I had a lovely slice of lemon meringue roulade today.. ooops!!!

  • Granny duties are THE best, love them. If the scales aren't happy tomorrow just remember what a fabulous weekend you have had and get straight back on the bandwagon without a backward thought. The weekend you have had is priceless.

  • We all have days like that.

Like the others have said, just carry on and you'll soon see results. Remember this is a lifestyle change, not a 'diet', so it should be enjoyable. Everything in moderation 😊
