Slimming teas are super to aid weight loss.i have been using Greentea it's a strong so I try my diluted a d use as much for my snacking instead of overeating. Try it you might like it Ria

I'm not sure that green tea supplements do anything special and some herbs react with people's medication. I looked at the Holland & Barrett GreenTea capsules and then read on the label "Check with your GP before taking these, especially if you are diabetic!" Please be careful with all supplements.

I prefer herbal teas as they do not contain caffeine
