Would love to lose 2.5/ 3 stone but I'm really struggling get motivated and need some inspiration. I'm fairly active as I work and also walk my dog at least once a day. I'm also peri menopausal and would like to hear from other ladies about the best ways to lose weight for women of a certain age π Hayley x

Hormones can play havoc can't they? I find restricting carbohydrates helpful, also eating earlier in the day, but it's still tough. π Doesn't mean impossible though.
I definitely find focussing on the healthy eating side effective, eat enough to not feel hungry, and regular exercise. π Like you, my dog is my exercise buddy π
Hi Anna and thank you for your reply. Yes I've read somewhere recently that cutting down on the carbs is good for women going through this stage of life, I will certainly give it a good go. I also have myfitnesspal on my phone which is good for keeping track of the calories which can creep up without you realising π Thanks again x
