Helloooo, I'm new and have started my get healthy plan today. I want to change from Fat forty something to Fit Fifty (I've got 3 years to go but better to start now me thinks!)
So, according to the NHS website, I need to lose 2 stone. I'm 5 foot 4 and 11st 2lb. I'm pretty sure most of my friends will say I don't look fat but I think I just hide it well and it's all around my tummy.
I'm quite fit, walk everywhere, do pilates and I've ordered a cross trainer. I don't snack and eat healthy homecooked food but I drink too much wine and my food portions are too big. Any advice re wine cravings gratefully recieved
