Well I've made it to the end of week 3 and I've lost six pounds so far, weigh in on Monday so I should have reached my first half stone with luck!

My fitness app is a big help! Really helps me to see what I'm doing right and where my pitfalls are so that I can make better choices.

My target is to lose two stone by the Autumn which by my current rate is easily doable. So long as I keep up the swimming and workouts!

I want to look good and feel great for my daughters wedding in November and I'm determined to do it this time.

    Well done in losing 6 pounds over 3 weeks your doing brilliant and good luck on Monday with aiming for the half stone target.

    Your goal for Autumn is definitely achievable so keep up the good work and your get there for your daughters wedding.
