I have just started last week with C25K and I started slimming world 2 weeks ago (weigh in Thurs) my weight last week with a 6lb loss was 15st 12lb so im on the right track (size 18 currently). The weightloss seems to have sped up alot since doing the C25K which im pleased with and atm the diet is going great, i have my days where i want to eat the contents of the fridge but i have managed to reframe so far. Ideally i need to loose another 75lbs to be just in the healthy bracket for my BMI so that is my goal because i am fed up of being overweight and currently obese. I bought a fitbit last year and its currently taking a bit of a beating because of the workweek hustles I've been challenging my slim fit friends with and beating them at! See even a fat girl can walk lol. Averaging out at about 15k steps a day.
I've also heard about parkrun. Just wondered if thats everywhere and where u can find out about them. That will be my aim at the end of C25K in my new gym kit which will be a few sizes smaller by then I hope. I have also signed up for 5k race 4 life so i need to get ready for that in July. I'm very excited about my new journey ahead. I have the fitness bug atm I really just hope it lasts. 29yr old 5ft 4in Female. 👍
