Hello. I'm anneshirly from Japan. I'm new here.
I really want to lose my weight at least 2 stones as soon as possible.
I make it a rule to do yoga 4 or 5 days a week and swim in the pool twice a week.
But I don't think it is effective. Maybe I eat more than excercise.
Do you think the best way to lose weight is to reduce an amount of food I eat???
