Snack tip:

But some lolly holders (Ikea stocks them). Fill with Onken yogurt, such as Vanilla or Black Cherry. Freeze them. Ideal for a snack that staves off the 'What can I have to eat?' feeling between meals. And if you are a chocoholic, add one square of chopped up choc and remember to add the calories in for that too.

PS Ask another member of the family to hold the lolly until it thaws just enough to be able to remove it from container, otherwise pop it into a mug of warm water which does the trick!

  • I started doing this a couple of weeks ago, I'm an ice cream addict 😱 but I'm making my own yogurt and fruit lollies, really nice and less calories. They are totally delicious xx

  • Frozen bananas, either whole or chunked on lolly sticks also work well.
