Some grams are more important than other grams.

80.00kg dead on this morning after swinging between 82.2 - 82.4. So good to be on my way down from the 80's.

Yesterday was crunch day. Ate 1 egg, 160g of marinated tofu pieces , 6 prunes, the milk in my tea and fruit in small quantities. Was hungry all day, but I seem to need a really low calorie day to actually take some weight off, then my normal low calorie diet to maintain it.

Started off today with porridge sweetened with blueberries and half a banana. It feels so good to have some warm stodge in my belly.

That's not stodge! That's a healthy breakfast, exactly what I had for a freezing cold morning.

You might want to look into the 5:2 way of life, semi fasting two days a week, and eating normally the other five. It suits me and I usually maintain a steady (but very slow, I must admit) weight loss.

The 5.2 is not something I have tried but l originally came on the site for advice on maintenance and l think that a version of your choice of eating might be the answer to my never ending yoyoing. Thanks for your advice.
