Juliet's weigh in (new title ☺)

Wasn't going to weigh in until half term but got back into after being ill last week so thought I'd risk a weigh in.... last time 12.11st, today 12.8st ☺ Decided on a change of plan from Slimming world back to NHS plan. I find I like feeling hungry and feel healthier for it. The Slimming world plan made me feel sluggish and not very well! Anyway now off for half term hoping not to do too much damage but we are away so looking forward to a break too. I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

  • Thanks Zest. I tend to get stuck around the mid 12's so hoping the weight loss will continue ☺ I hope all is well with you.

  • HI Juliet, I think that hunger pangs (gentle ones mind)are an indication that we are stickingto the controlled calorie intake :)

    See easy to find you lol 😀 and what a fantastic result, bet you're well chuffed. I've had an unexpected week away, got weighed this morning and put on 1.4 Ibs 😕. I'm hoping by the time you are back I will have shifted it and a bit more !!

  • Thanks Flossie. Weeks away always add on the pounds but sure it was worth it. No doubt mine will be a gain next time but it's a change of lifestyle not a diet so we have to go along with these things. Still got to have fun. The bad weather will probably encourage more visits to the pub! Eek. Take care. Will be back in two weeks ☺
