Vegan sweet treat

Here is a lovely easy recipe, I make when I'm in a rush, hungry, or really want something sweet.

1 banana, about 300ml almond milk( or you can use soya, or any other milk really) whizz up in a blender with a generous handful of frozen berries (no need to thaw, just chuck them in frozen!)for a delicious smoothie that is under 200 calories.. and 2 of your 5 -a-day
