Hi everyone,

Just wanted to mention there's a programme on ITV tonight (9th February 2017 at 19.30 to 20.00) called 'The Truth About Exercise Tonight'.

The information about the programme said "Tonight investigates the truth about exercise. Does hitting the gym really make a difference, and can workouts on the NHS help turn around unhealthy lifestyles".

I'm attaching a photo from a walk I enjoyed yesterday - I love walking! :-)

    Thanks for sharing, will have to put a reminder on that programme for tonight. I've just been trying out my new E-strider, it's hard at the moment but hope I will get use to it.

  • Definitely an interesting watch. But whatever the a previous life when I successfully lost 4st + exercise was key for changing and toning my body even if it did not contribute to the weight loss it made me look and feel good -that has to be what counts right? x

  • Next to Fistral, Watergate is my second favourite Cornish beach (although it's a few years since I was last there).

    Despite my envy, be sure to enjoy yourself!!

  • Go for it. A full length 6/4mm suit should keep you warm enough in the north Atlantic. Just don't neglect the boots to keep the feet warm.

    Will it be surf board or body board beneath the arm as the water is entered?

  • Indeed I do. Not sure whether you feel the same, but on sunny days, I feel that the richness of the blue sky has increased considerably of late. It'll not be much longer before we wrestle back extended daylight hours from the Kiwis, Springboks and Wallabies.

  • Excercise is good, helps get rid of the stresses of life, moving helps everything , and keeps things ticking along.

    Genetics and blood types will of course affect our ability to lose weight too!
