Thanks for the gee up lucigret . I'm still sticking to my calorie levels, five a day etc... but I've noticed that there are more times when the nibble demon is whispering in my ear.

Yes I know what you mean Tiggerr , I have found that almonds are a real help to me, I have also found some chilli corn cakes called Kallo 35 cals each. I would usually go for a sweet treat, but now realise nuts or something savoury is more satisfying and curbs the need to nibble. If I nibble sweet I seem to want more and more somedays. Build some nibbles into your calories. I try not to deprive myself of anything, if I do I crave it and it becomes a problem. I like to have something to look forward too.

Well done for ignoring the chocolates, makes such a difference when they are not in the house and you only have to be strong once. How wonderful to find a neighbour to run with and to motivate you. I am sure you will see results on the scales.

Well done for not picking up the chocolates. I'm sure it will really help to have somebody to exercise with. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Thank you lucigret .
