Ever had a bad week and thought, "What's the point"?

Well, forget the past. It is about the now.

As long as you never give up giving up, you will succeed.

My tip for today is this: Before you eat a cream bun, think how will you will feel in 1 hours time. - Probably guilty and regretful and wished you had never eaten it.

Don't eat it because 1 hour from now you will be glad you didn't.

Have a good week all and eat less but eat wisely

How true. Good motivation. Wish I'd read this before I ate the 3 fun size snickers from the fridge (for the record felt a bit yuk after, definitely regretful) I will definitely remember this tomorrow 🙂 Thank you.

I'm more a crisp person than a choc person but love chocolate from the fridge. Maybe I shouldn't have put it there in the first place.... 😂😂😂
