I've just completed my first Week 1 of the strength and flexibility podcast. I liked it, thought I was fitter than that but no.... So glad I've started, 36 mins of my 150 done! And I cycled to the paper shop, though an electric bike is probably cheating You have to start somewhere

Its on NHS choice live well section I've been doing it and just finishing week 3- I supposedly will be able to do push ups by week - I'll believe that when it happens!!! put in NHS 12 week weight loss plan and that should take you to the correct page and if I remember correctly its on the right hand side- you can either download it to your computer or MP3 player

Try this link, though it looks different on the ipad than on the desktop/phone. I can only get it properly through iTunes by searching for NHS in the podcast section of ITunes. Who knew that all this was available for free on the NHS? 👏👏👏
