So it's been a little while since I posted. I'm sure like most of you I had a bit of a speed bump over Christmas etc. But the last few weeks I've been back on track and loving it. I now weight 20st on the dot from 22st 10lbs 6 months so close to 3 stone I can smell it lol. Those who follow me will know the pic on the left as my "Positive Mental Attitude" post (22st 4lbs in) So here I am this week. New hair and all. I'm feeling really good with the loss so far.

Upper arm: 17" 16.5" 15.5"

Bust: 58" 56" 53"

Waist: 54" 51" 50" 48"

Bum: 51" 49" 48.5"

Upper leg: 28" 27" 26"

Total inch loss of 18.5" OMG
