Hi all! I've been a bit of a diet obsessive over the past 2 years but more importantly a HUGE foodie... In 2015 I lost two stone using ideas from Slimming World, clean eating, and basically cutting out sugar and fat. I've still managed to keep the majority of that off - yay! Last year in January I done the same and my weight loss went up to 3 stone which was great but I found it very difficult to keep off and I was constantly craving naughty foods. I am 5ft6 and 10 stone 6, and now following the NHS plan by calorie counting! I'd like to be 9 stone. It seems too good to be true, I can finally eat what I like in moderation! I'd love some slimming buddies! Is there anyone which has similar goals to me?
And more importantly, how large/small are everyone's weight losses calorie counting? I'm used to 2/3 lbs a week usually but would like to know what to expect when I'm eating what I like now
