hi all. Im 45 and joined on here a long while ago, but buried my head in the sand again about needing to loose weight. On and off diets all my life. New determination ☺ 3rd week in (again) and I've lost another 3lb. That's 13lb altogether. Hope you guys have had a good week xx

I'm not sure how well you know your way around the forum but there are daily weigh-in groups you can join as well as several February challenges you may enjoy ☺
