So I've noticed a lot of people are excercising more to lose weight, I've also joined the gym but feel quite uncomfortable.

I've been shopping around for Sports bra's but cant seen to find one's that fits right...any suggestions where to buy from?

Just to add M&S do a bra fitting service, very discreet and I have found the staff help you choose the best design for you in ordinary bras anyway.

Hi I am quite busty and alas loosing the weight from there is not happening yet 😰😰😰 A while ago I bought a shock absorber bra from Amazon and it's brill so comfy I think it was about £14.99 but at least nothing bounces about lol.

I really recommend 'Boobydoo' I am a 32FF and have a couple of Berlei sports bras which are a great, supportive fit. I got them from Boobydoo and their customer service and prices were really good!

I've tried all sorts of expensive ones but nothing beats my black and pink one from Primark, their gym stuff is pretty hit and miss but this was definitely a hit!

Bravissimo is good though not cheap but I think a good sports bra is important to feel good when exercising so it's worth the investment if it fits well for you.

I've heard a lot of people recommending Sweaty Betty online. Mine is a Glamorise Bra that I bought online c at. Simply Be. It's worth spending money on. my daughter 20 sticks with M&S forget sports bras

I've been recommended Matalan. Haven't managed to get there yet, but apparently they are not too pricey and a good fit.

For the bigger bust, I find that wearing my everyday T-shirt bra, with a sports bra over the top, gives me the support I need - BOOM nobody moves!!!

I get mine from Decathlon. They have a good range and they are very supportive and aren't too pricey. I've also had Shock Absorbers in the past and they have been good too. I've never bought a sports bra from M&S but if they are as good as their fitness range then they are probably pretty decent! I bought two pairs of joggers from M&S about 6/7 years ago and wash and wear them a fair bit and they still look brand new. Best purchase I ever made!
