Usually Friday comes and I celebrate the weekend just because it is nothing more than the weekend. And how do I celebrate with food . I tend to start grazing and this lasts 3 days.
Yesterday I counted every thing I ate and ended the on 1695 calories although all I did after 6pm was think about food I didn't eat it.
Also while I'm not at work this week I planned to have a day of doing nothing . How wrong was I at 9,30 I was walking the 30 mins it tacks me to get to the gym so I could do a 60 min work out .(I don't drive).
Bring on Saturday.
