Need to lose 3 stone for an operation. I suffer from rheumatoid Arthritis and have for 20 years. My hip needs replacing again after 14 years of having the first op. I'm not very good at planning meals so tend to go for takeaways or the usual crisps, biscuits and chocolate. I'm going to need lots of advice, so if you have any tips or tricks please let me know.
