Hi, just signed up. After 30 weeks of calorie counting I've reached my healthy weight range. It's not the first time I've reached this point but now comes what has always been the hard part for me - keeping it off. For health reasons there are certain foods I can't eat. Oranges, satsuma etc are out as are cabbage, kale and spinach. Fruits with skins, such as peaches, apples and pears, have to be peeled. A lot of high fibre foods are out too. A lot of foodstuffs are trial and error to see what suits and what doesn't.
I don't post a lot but do to read in the hopes of picking up ideas on maintaining a healthy eating regime.
