Nonetheless, you ought to be incredibly proud of your recently acquired skills. Your baker's batch looks far nicer than the freshly baked bread sold in supermarkets.

And, you did limit yourself to just two hot cross buns. It could have easily been a whole lot worse.

I do this with homemade falafel wraps etc. Put the salad out on the plate rather than just the tiny bit you can fit in the pitta. Then it looks like a feast

I'm to Brighton next weekend , a lovely trip with one of my brothers, so I'll ff to Infinity the famed health food shops.

And lots of yummy food in a weekend, alternative stuff too
