Dreading weigh day

I have had a bad treat week this week, due to going on holiday monday-Wednesday and then not going straight back to my diet straight away. I am really worried about weigh day on Sunday as I look very bloated and have eaten so many bad things. I know I need to get back in track and get motivated but I haven't had more than two cheat days in a row before and am worried ibwont be able to keep on track. Has anybody got any advice for getting back on track?

Just do.it! Don't think about the past week, it's gone and you have to forget ithat. Get some lovely fruit and veg in,whatever you like the most, and treat yourself to a delicious fruit salad. You'll soon be losing again
