Hi it's me again well I'm day 6 into my healthy eating and I'm away for the weekend ! I must admit I thought breakfast would be challenging but it wasn't too bad I just had beans on toast with 2 pouched eggs !!! And a small Croissant so I'm happy with that , I'm now going shopping with OH can burn a few calories while walking 😃, I hope your all having a good week/weekend so far 😃👍
