Hi there everyone. I'm new here and have been following the 12 week plan since Tuesday 10/1/17. A few years ago my weight had crept up to 13 stone so I started seeing a health trainer and managed to drop 2st 4lb and plateaud at that . So I was weighing 10st 10lb with fluctuations of a few pounds up and down and not really watching what I ate, however, I am now up to 11st 3lb and would really like to shed 2st 3lb. I'm doing quite well with my calorie counting so far and hoping by Tuesday to see some sort of result. I would love to be 9st again and fit into a dress that I've kept all these years from when I used to be 9st. I'm not sure where on here you find the weigh ins either. Any advice would be hugely welcome. Thanks guys.
