Ok not sure where to start !!!! I just started yesterday I had not a bad day but went over my daily calories a little but was still in the recommended amount 👍. Now I have this obsession off getting in the scales everyday not good I no but need to get out off this habit as I no my weight fluctuates from day to day !. But I've done it today and scaled saying I've put 1lbs on since yesterday 😕 So no I'm thinking I'm eating tomuch yes I no it's not true reading but it gets me every time and this is when I start. Thinking about stopping.
Just had to vent this I want to succeed 😃
