What are you planting for 2017?

A friend shared this image in another support group I am part of on Facebook and thought it was perfect.

I will be planting positive thinking this year which will help me achieve my resolutions. The main ones are healthy eating, more exercise, and seeing all my friends.

Lovely image ☺

Positive mindset is very useful ☺ focus on what you CAN eat and do and it really helps ☺☺☺

I saw this on Facebook and I love it! I have some friends who Year on Year say this year was rubbish, but next year is going to be amazing and I think to myself, how? You haven't changed a thing about your life, so how will it suddenly be better?

Sorry if that sounds a bit cynical! I am a generally happy and optimistic person who thinks almost every year is great anyway and what can I do to make life even better for me, but so many people think it will happen without any effort.
