I am new to the NHS loose weight, started last Wednesday. I have tried Weight Watchers and couldn't face stepping on the scales to be told I hadn't lost or had a gain. I was my heaviest at 16 stone 2 and have hated the way I look for a long time, so this time I'm hoping to make some big differences.
I have 2 young children that try to be helpful and nice about my lumps and bumps, but it doesn't help with the self esteem.
I am 29, started off last Wednesday at 14 stone 5! weighed in today and have dropped down to 14 stone 1. So something is working!
Can I ask, where do we record our weight? do we just do it on our own charts?
I am looking forward to a new year, more confident me. I would love to have hints and tips for the weight to come off and to stay off!
Thanks for taking the time to read

Download the 12 week plan, if that's something that appeals to you and don't forget to take initial measurements and photos, as it's a great way of seeing just how far you've come, especially when the scales aren't co-operating fully
