Hello! I'm 30 and forever had issues with my weight! Since being a child I've been overweight and currently I'm clinically obese and have been for many years! I go through phases of i start I lose weight, get fitter than something happens and i go awol! I'm an emotional eater so food is my friend but I know really it's not! I binge eat and then feel sick but never am actually sick! I want to change and I want to be a mummy and I have pcos which don't help but it's not an excuses either! I want to change but I just don't know where or how to start a lifestyle change not a 5 min fad diet!!
