Doing good and I need know how to get on the event site for the weigh in - computer illiterate

Well ending my third day of eating better and exercise yeah!! I am beginning to work on my sleeping pattern which you hear a lot about now and being healthier eating and help in getting with exercise. And as well being here with you guys and being my greatest inspiration and not wanting to give up but move on. Thanks.

Take a look at the Pinned Posts section, to the right of your screen (bottom, if you're using a mobile) and have a look at the Welcome Newbies thread.

Look at the Topics section beneath that, for posts that could answer any questions you may have. Consider joining any, or all, of our challenges, as they're fun and motivating.

Join us for the Monday Group weigh-in. The latest weigh-in thread can always be found in the Events section, to the right (bottom) of the home page.

Be active on the forum, as that's where we exchange ideas and get our daily dose of motivation and inspiration and don't be afraid to ask for assistance, if you need it

The weigh in should always be in the pinned posts. If you scroll right down on the weight loss home page. Good to hear things are going well. I'm also working on sleep pattern :)

Sounds like you're doing well so far Wadestreet :-)

We are a similar weight I see! I am 235lb at the moment, and I have been hovering at this number since November. I am longing to see the scales go down and get to my mini goal of 16st 7lb..(231lb) Aiming for this by the end of this month.

I know you can do it. I am hoping to lose 5 lbs end of the month. My goal is to lose 1 1/2 pounds per week. Do you have a exercise program in place even walking for a 1/2 hour gets you out and moving. I am going for my walk after breakfast and trying to make it part of my daily routine. But all you need to do right now is too move even if it's housework

Starting on Monday, Wadestreet, we'll be running daily weigh-in's (not Sundays) and the threads will always be in the Events section, which can be found on the right hand side of the home page (the one with strawberries), or right down the bottom, if you're using a mobile.
