My weight loss goals

I am just posting this as a document to myself of where I am starting the year.

So, I weigh 235lbs, that 16st 11lbs, BMI 38.1

I was 250lbs when I joined here, nearly 18stone!

My aim for this year is to reach 13stone, taking me out of 'Obese' and into merely 'Overweight'

So the first mini goal is to get down to 16st 7lb, not too far off, I should be there by the end of January if not before!

Way to go Ruby8, we are about the same. I thought I'd put my weight on record also. We have both lost the same. So maybe we can help each other. Good luck for the next week. I am going to weigh in on here Tuesdays. Today I weigh 16st 9lb.

I have just my self a small goal for end of month similar to yours I just seem to fall off. Well done on your weight loss so far. Good Luck

You are doing soooooo well. I am sure you can achieve that goal in a year but it doesn't matter if it takes longer if you are still going down 😀
