Hi guys. Well as it's now after xmas and new year I feel totally motivated again. I've purchased some new fitness dvds the excersise bike is out of the cupboard and the water is fully stocked and the diet drinks gone. I found logging everything in my fitness pal worked well last time and I was wondering if anyone wanted to be friends on there to motivate each other? Is so inbox me and I can add you or you me!!!
