Well for me this is a new approach to losing weight! I've tried weight watchers, Rosemary Conley - the usual diet clubs - but put the weight back on. I've got a few food intolerances so hoping good old calorie counting will be simple but effective. I retired last year and turn 60 in a few months and am fed up with having clothes in my wardrobe that I cant get into! I need to lose 21lbs, so here goes!
