Day 2

Hi everyone. Im just on day 2, trying not to count days really as I'm committed to getting through the entire year eating well and moving more. Im using my fitness pal to help count calories and plan and a fantastic app to see my progress. I did a workout extremely modified version of 30 Day Shred. Competed 30 minutes of movement and that was my target. Feeling on top of things at the moment!!
