A decent tape measure

I don't normally advertise products but I must say how much the Rosemary Conelly tape measure has helped me. It has clips you put on it to record your starting point which can't be moved and then little ones you move along. It is a really brilliant way to measure yourself without needing to write anything down.

Red is the clip for my waist. I have lost 5 inches since October, it is so satisfying to put it round and see how big I used to be!

Does anyone else use one?

Hi. I bought mine from Rosemary connelly website. £1.99 plus p&p it is so good, it's brilliant to be able to see how far you have come.
