New Year, New beginning

I decided to begin my adapted version of couch to 5k today(after the rain had stopped) and I felt really proud of myself. Due to knee problems I couldn't run but managed a brisk walk instead. Also, earlier today, I had to go into our local Co-op today and managed to walk past all the reduced chocolates and minced pies without putting any in my basket (another hurdle conquered). I am craving like crazy but doing things to take my mind of it. How is everyone else doing today?

  • Well done. I have just had a pizza. Polished it all off without any guilt having had 3 days off for Christmas and 2 for New Year. I am excited about seeing more weight come off. Good luck to you!

  • Well done it feels good to resist- if its any consolation after 2 rounds of the 12 week plan my sugar cravings have reduced
