Be positive, take it 1 day at a time and don't give up if you have a difficult day or if one week you don't lose any weight. Good luck to you, we're all in the same boat and together we can do this.

Hello Celiakate, I too have 3 stone to lose also...today is my first day...I have never lost more than 10 pounds before on any of my diets....it is going to be tough. The things I stall on, is it is so difficult to get to the stage of when your body begins to burn body fat so you don't feel ravinous....and then normally a month or so in, I get totally bored with what I am eating....I do not have time to weigh and measure ingredients really as I'm a busy mum of three. I need things that are tasty but are not complicated to prepare really. First time to join a forum though :) :)

I have three children too, but my husband will take some of the cooking pressure from me. I find if your short of time, plan in your head or on your phone one weeks worth of meals for you e.g.

7 packets of Breakfast porridge 110cal

7 soups a cup of soup 110

7 evening meal ready meal calories 450 counted for you all supermarkets do them.

Then a bag of carrots to cut up and snack on.

No thinking required then all week you have breakfast lunch dinner job done.

Drink water 3 Litres a day if you can fills you up
