C25k tommow!!!! Let's go for it

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Let's make it a great one. So who's up for the challenge!! It's not as bad as it seems first it will be mainly walking with some some short bursts of light jogging throwing in.download the podcast from nhs c25k and all in information is there nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... all on iTunes for iPhones the hardest thing about this is getting out of the house and doing it for the first time. All I can say is running has complete turned my life around !! Good luck and go for it if I can do it Anyone can.

I've just finished week 1 of the C25K & quite enjoyed it.
