Hi I'm new to this. Earlier this year I had a full hysterectomy and I gained even more weight. I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome too. 😐 I really need to lose around 2 stone. I'm aware I eat too many carbs like bread and potatoes and don't drink enough water. Can someone guide me on healthy filling foods that will not bloat me and reduce my big tummy please?

Go on youtube and type in Does Apple Cider Vinegar help with weight loss. My son in law has been putting 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of honey in warm water twice a day and has lost 1 stone in weight. He had arthritis in his fingers due to the nature of his job and someone recommended it to him to help with that. After 3 months, he can now bend his fingers and has lost weight too. I am a twitter user and someone has just posted a tweet about the benefits of apple cider vinegar and weight loss(especially around the tummy area) so I am going to look into it. Might be worth a try.

Everyone is different, so the best way to find out which foods trigger IBS symptoms is to keep a diary of what YOU eat and what happens when you eat it.

Exercise may well help, too. I recommend a good walking habit for starters

Thank you. I have a good idea of which foods irritate, sometimes I can eat anything and I don't bloat or hurt. 😃
