Hi just downloaded the guide I've dieted for 30 years and I'm bigger than ever so 2017 is my year to change hope it works!

i am thinking the same i have 3kids not having anymore this year 2017 is to think about me

best of look sallynic so hard been to fat clubs and make me eat more and there just not me done slim fast and alckins and detox's that just make me poorly

this time i am going to try and make things we can all eat as a family

Good luck, I've been yo-yo dieting for 40 years since my mum put me on halfca tub of cottage cheese and half a tub of diet coleslaw for lunch at high school. One thing, I wish I was as fat as I was then lol...... Struggling to fit in my size 12 jeans rather than my size 18 now lol. Anyways this is the year, a lady from our zumba group lost 8 st last year, so I'm inspired.... Good luck we can do this x
