Finding motivation??

Looking for any advice finding motivation to get back into my exercise. I have my Fitbit which during the first half of 2016 was the best motivator I've ever had and lost 3 and a half stone but since September/October I've slacked and now Christmas is done I'm struggling to get back into a groove. Anyone have any tips for getting motivated again??

I like to do a variety but can't afford a gym so I use YouTube. I do different ones I like Denise Austin and I have just moved onto popsugar

You did so well! Like you I lost 3 stone, had 4 days off for Christmas and now started again today. We can do this! I just ordered myself a tip in the sales which will be too small so I can slim into it. I have been doing this since I started in October. It is so satisfying throwing clothes away (some will go to charity but others to the rag bin at the recycling place.) Good luck, keep posting!

Thanks Ella. Well done on the loss. I'm sure you'll be in the new top in no time. Here's hoping we can ship the old clothes off to the charity shops sooner rather than later 😊

Hello mrsdavis86 😊 I'm in a similar place to you and feeling quite alarmed at how fast weight can go back on if I relax for a few days !! 😜😜😜We can and will do this!!! 😊

Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum btw 😊 I'm glad that you’ve joined. We are a friendly bunch! 😊

Im not sure what plan you have been following but have look at the Pinned Posts section, to the right of your screen (bottom, if you're using a mobile) and have a look at the Welcome Newbies thread.😊 there is lots of info here, and links to the nhs12 week plan and also for checking your BMR and target calories 😊

It's also good to be active on the forum, that's where we exchange ideas and get our daily dose of motivation and inspiration.😊

Best wishes 😊
